The term “Internet Radio Awards” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Entering your station to compete.

Upon entering your station into the Internet Radio Awards, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

• Your station may be suspended and/or removed from the competition at any time, with or without warning.
• You agree that we may periodically contact you regarding changes and updates at the Internet Radio Awards. You may unsubscribe from this at any time, however, any important or security related updates will still be sent.
• If you decide you want to rebroadcast the Net 40 on your stream, you must connect each week. Missed weeks may see you being suspended and/or removed from the Internet Radio Awards
• You may not hold more than 1 account at the Internet Radio Awards. Any persons found to be doing so will be suspended and/or removed from the competition.
• You may not create custom voting banners, or host our voting banners on your server. All banners must be linked with the code as indicated in the "Promo Tools" of your station control panel. Any persons found doing so may be suspended and or removed from the competition.

Removing your station from the competition.

If you no longer wish to take part in the competition you may remove your account, but the following conditions apply.

Removing your station during the voting term

• If you wish to remove your station while the voting is term is in progress you must contact us
• There will be a £15 charge to remove your account.
• Your account will be removed within 14 days of your request and recepit of cleared payment

Removing your station outside the voting term

• If you wish to remove your station outside the voting term, please contact us
• There is no charge to remove your account outside the voting term
• Your account will be removed within 14 days of your request.
